Is Pokemon still popular

My 14 year old son, has watched Pokemon on TV and on video for over a decade now.



Pokemon is a Japanese children anime television series, in English, that was very popular a few years back. There have been TV spinoffs and video games and full length movies made as well.



My son's favourite character was Pikachu, who was also the favourite of all the characters on the show.
