Have you ever watched the science fiction series simply called V?

V stood for visitors, who were an alien race of reptillians disguised in human form that came to Earth in peace they claimed, but really were trying to take over the planet.

The original TV series was made in 1980's and then a remade series was done in 2009. The later series had more special effects.

V spun off a series of novels as well.
