I gotta say Jim Parsons, who plays Sheldon Cooper on the Big Bang Theory. The guy is just amazing.
I'm not watching anything particularly funny on TV right now, so I'm not really sure.
Without a doubt, Sean Micallef, host of 'Mad as Hell' on the ABC.

Bill Bailey. No question about it. He is not only hilarious, but also incredibly musical talented.
I like Stephen Colbert (probably cause I see the pic of John Stewart)

Still think Cook, Moore, Barker & Corbett were the best. And they're British.
