Same here. Oh and on that note I should have added Orange is the New Black, and Jessica Jones.
I haven't gotten very far into Stranger Things yet but I am really impressed with the trouble they've gone to to make everything authentically 80s. Even the books on the shelves in the background are only ones that were published at the time. I keep noticing odd things and thinking "oh yeah, I had a phone like that" or whatever. Nostaligic fun.
The fact that I cannot remember most of what I watched this year suggests that there hasn't been much of interest to me. I've watched Great British Bake Off and Strictly Come dancing, but I can't remember any fictional series that I have watched.
It's hard to choose. Probably Black Sails (because pirates, long sexy coats, a great plot and plenty of eye candy), closely followed by Orphan Black. I also dug How to Get Away with Murder and American Horror Story, though the seasons I watched of those didn't come out this year (Austrlian Netflix is way behind).
None that I can remember now, unless it was a nature documentary, or a new episode of Midsomer Murders that I hadn't seen, as I've seen 113 episodes of MM now, so I always look forward to watching 1 on iview.
As 2016 has just moved into 2017, I watched anything from Channel 2 on iview as long as it didn't look like it was going to be to scary for me to watch. Shows like,
Midsomer Murders, Silent Witness, Inspector George Gently. 'Those very mild ones!!!
