What do you think of spin off chat shows?

A lot of reality contests have follow up chat shows. For example, The Apprentice has 'Why I Fired Them', Strictly Come Dancing has 'It Takes Two', and for the first time this year, The Great British Bake Off has introduced 'An Extra Slice'.

These chat shows include behind the scenes footage and interviews with the contestants. If you watch the main show, do you watch the chat show too? What do you think of them?

The only reality chat show I've ever watched is The Block Unlocked, which is is the chat show for the Aussie renovation show, The Block. It give an insider look at the judges decisions that week, and you get a better look at the renovation.
I love these types of shows. I really enjoy watching the behind the scenes parts that were edited out either because time constraints or a goof; it's really fun.
Hmm... I haven't watched any, probably because I didn't know they existed. I must check them out and report back in a few weeks! :)
