For me it would have to be a Mulder and Scully moment from The X-Files. I'm not sure which one though. Most of their moments are tender rather than romantic, but there are a few romantic scenes too. The most romantic is actually in the first film, where they almost kiss.

Good question. I like the episode of Friends where Chandler tells Monica he loves her for the first time. “Nothing! I said, I said "You're so great" and then I just, I just stopped talking!” It may not be very romantic, but it was well played - came across spontaneous and natural.

The first one to come to mind is Angel and Shane...it may also have been Shane's death scene. 'Throw your arms around me' was playing, they were on the headland. Yes, it was Home and Away...but it was a memorable scene...or maybe I just liked the song...
