I canít remember the last time I watched news on TV, at least by choice anyway. My grandmother in-law loves her news and so I get my fill of TV news whenever we visit, but I usually get my news online.
I always watch the BBC News. Sometimes I'll watch the six 'clock news, but usually at 10 o'clock. While I'm watching, I press the red button for the news index and read the text news while listen to the speaking presenters. If I am on the train and there is a free newspaper going, then Ill read that too.
Usually email but it's such rubbish - it's like a tabloid mag. So often it's from a tweet or something on FB that I then follow up on researching. Also listening to the radio as I drive around. I'd like to sit and watch the news but I'm doing the kids dinner etc when it's on so I miss it all....
The local newspaper and the radio. I don't like to watch news on television.

Usually online. When I visit my parents, I read the paper. I never watch TV news, its so sensationalized that I really hate it.
