Do you watch lifestyle shows on TV?

There are so many shows that give tips on how to improve our home lifestyle by covering topics such as gardening/landscaping, cooking and recipes, DIY projects around the house, how to care for pets, etc.

Do you like watching such shows? Which TV show is your favourite in this genre?

Occasionally but I don't tend to prioritise them. If they're in and nothing else is on, then I might tune in but I don't record them or make a beeline for them.
I watch them when I can find nothing else to watch on TV. I enjoy them as just a short interval that doesn't require much thought. I won't tune in specifically to watch them though.
I love real estate shows, cooking shows, all of it. Sounds stupid but they teach, and I enjoy learning even if it is in a passive way, the way these shows often teach.
