Do you think Alex Polizzi is a good 'Fixer'?

Alex Polizzi is a hotelier who as well as running her own business, helps failing businesses get back on track. Her two shows are called The Hotel Inspector and The Fixer, and in these documentaries, she investigates people's failing businesses and tells them what they need to change. Although the changes are for the better, the owners are not always happy about her recommendations. Have you seen either of the shows? Do you think she is a good fixer?

I think she really knows her stuff. I know change is difficult, but I think it daft how some of the business owners call in for her help, but then don't want to follow her advice.
I don't know who she is.
She's a British hotelier who also helps other struggling businesses.
