The cat is finally out of the bag - Wyatt knows Quinn pushed Ivy into the Seine to stop Liam from getting to Hope. If it wasn't clear before that Quinn will stop at nothing to get what she wants, it sure is now.

He should entangle himself from her, she is crazy!
He will do something dramatic -rather something dramatic is about to happen and no, of course he will not quite Kill anyone but STAY TUNED!

Nothing! This mother is great! Quinn is beautiful, talented and is instrumental in Wyatt getting everything he wants.

And an absolute sociopath!
I think he should make sure she's getting psychological help ..... but then she won't be crazy and she won't be as much fun LOL
