Hiding is an Australian crime drama that started screening on ABC1 on February 5 2015. It follows the Quigg family, whose lives are threatened when Troy Quigg, a minor gangster, is brought in by the police for questioning. He agrees to talk to the police and the family are put into witness protection in Melbourne, where they struggle to come to grips with having new names and new lives.

I've been watching every episode so far and I'm intrigued to see where it goes. I feel the most sorry for Maree/Rebecca, who went from being a pediatric nurse to having no job, no money and nothing to do all day because of something her husband did. On the other hand, she was aware that she was married to a gangster.
Yes, I have been watching Hiding -I fell asleep in the middle of one, and I find it a bit slow, however I keep watching it as I want to see what happens.

It is quite sad to think that this sort of thing must really happen and what an unpeavel it is for a whole family to have to leave everything they know and love.

Yes I have been watching from the start and quite like the show (although my husband does not share my view and I'm sure he would be delighted if I cnhanged my mind about it.) The characters are fundamentally flawed, as I imagine people in such circumstances would really be.
I have not seen it as yet.
